Pantai Pandawa Beach Bali (Pantai Pandawa) is a reef-protected white-sand beach in Kutuh Village, on the Bukit Peninsula between Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. The 2026 entrance fee for international visitors is IDR 25,000 per adult, or about $1.50. Unlike most beaches in this part of Bali, you can drive almost directly to the sand. There are no long cliff stairs or narrow rock passageways like at Padang Padang Beach. I’ve lived in Uluwatu since 2022, around 9 miles from Pandawa. It’s the beach I’d recommend if you want to actually swim. An offshore reef helps calm the water, lifeguards watch the designated swimming area, and you’ll find kayaks, toilets, and local warungs within a short walk of the parking area.
