Beaches In Bali

The beaches in Bali are spread across four distinct coastlines, and they’re not interchangeable. The Bukit Peninsula in the south has the dramatic cliff-drop beaches from Padang Padang, Bingin, and Balangan, all of which are down steep staircases and are worth every step. Seminyak and Kuta run along the west coast with wide sandy stretches better for sunset watching than swimming. Canggu sits further north with black sand and a strong surf culture. The east coast around Amed has calmer, clearer water and is far less crowded. Where you go depends entirely on what you’re after.
